Eligibility
To qualify for our Car Finance, you must be:
- At least 21 years of age
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. Foreigners with Employment Pass must furnish a local guarantor
- Earning a minimum monthly income of at least 3 times your monthly installment.
- Age together with loan term must not exceed 65 years old.
- Documents required prior to approval to speed up your loan approval lead time:
- Copy of IC
- Copy of Acknowledgement Page (request through Singpass)
- Copy of Income Proof (latest Income Tax or 6 months CPF Contribution or 3 months payslip); for Sole Proprietor (latest 3 months Bank Statement)
- Sales and Purchase Agreement
Documents Required
- Identification documents
- Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident:
- Copy of NRIC (front and back) OR
- Foreigners:
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of Employment Pass
- Any official documents proven with valid address, eg. Utility bills
- Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident:
- Income documents

- Copy of latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment (2 years for Self-employed); or
- Copy of latest 3 months computerized payslip from current employer; or
- Copy of latest 12 month CPF Contribution Statement
